2. Automatic Refunds for Unused Numbers

If a virtual number does not receive an SMS or OTP within the active window, the charge is automatically returned to your wallet balance. You are only charged for successful verifications.

3. Wallet Top-Ups

Funds added to your wallet are intended for use within the Service. Because access is granted instantly, wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable to an external payment method, but your balance never expires and can be used at any time.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• A number that successfully received an SMS or OTP
• Charges resulting from incorrect service or country selection by the user
• Violations of our Terms of Service

5. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your order details. Approved refunds are credited back to your wallet balance.
